Before you book
Do you take insurance?
Out of network. I provide monthly superbills you can submit to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
How soon will I feel better?
Honestly, it depends on what you're working on. Some things shift quickly once we name them. Others take steady, patient work. Either way I'll be straight with you about what's realistic instead of overpromising.
What if we're not the right fit?
Then I'll say so, and I'll help point you toward someone who is. Finding the right therapist matters more than filling my calendar — the consultation exists precisely so we can figure this out with no pressure.
What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens. I just ask for at least 24 hours' notice so I can offer the time to someone else. We'll go over the details before your first session.
